300KM/PH HIGH-SPEED TESTING
  • Facilitated the critical path planning of 300KPH high-speed phase testing for the initial opening of Highspeed One.

  • The logistics, planning and delivery in collaboration with the operational team to deliver a phased increase of high-speed train testing up to 300KM/PH.

STONEBLOWER IMPLEMENTATION
  • Pioneered the first Stoneblower maintenance machine into the UK on the Kent contract area.

  • Groundbreaking at the time, managing delivery, handback and fault finding during the implementation phase.

BI-DIRECTIONAL WORKING
  • Designed the first maintenance use of simplified bi-directional working in the Southern Region.

  • Management of operational interfaces, health and safety arrangements and planning of maintenance activities.

GIVING BACK
  • Engaged (voluntary) with a private school who had closed a large part of their premises as a fire precaution, fallowing a board decision.

  • Visited the site and created an immediate action plan to reopen the building safely and in liaison with a professional fire expert.

  • The building had been closed for a number of weeks but was safely reopened days after the visit.

EDUCATION SUPPORT
  • Supported a number of education governance boards on matters concerning Health & Safety governance. Provided practical advice and support.
